Multiplica talent
In a growing market that has a high demand for digital talent, there exists a gap between the skills of individuals and the needs of companies. This often results in people being assigned roles and responsibilities that they are not yet equipped to handle. This is the starting point of the problem that this project aims to address.
Multiplica Talent has identified an opportunity to create a new product that could significantly benefit individuals, businesses, and society as a whole.
I have created a fully-funded training program that allows participants to dedicate seven hours a day to learning and practicing the digital product design process. Those who opt in will have the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge in this field.
Assist the Talent team throughout their journey, which is divided into three phases: the Selection process, learning design, and the learning-by-doing phase.
Overseeing and executing this project has been a significant hurdle for me, but also an incredibly rewarding experience.

Selection Process
“This marks the start of a journey that none of us who were involved anticipated to be so life-changing”
We create call and promotion strategies for social networks, and thoroughly review all candidates’ resumes to create an evaluation questionnaire.
Afterwards, we had an initial call with all of the candidates in which we disclosed the conditions, salary, and type of program.
We reached out to all of the candidates and had conversations regarding the salary package and training program.

During this initial phase, individuals are registering.
Creative Challenge
“The team was truly inspired by the level of creativity exhibited by every participant”
Those who have been chosen will produce a video and an infographic to introduce themselves and explain their reasons for wanting to join this project.
We received some incredibly creative material. Within a week, we determined the winners and reached out to those who didn’t make it to the next phase.

Goes to the final round

We have created the ultimate examination that combines elements of digital product design and cooking competitions. This unique blend enables us to assess qualities such as teamwork, leadership, and the ability to handle frustration effectively.
The candidates will create a dish according to the stakeholders’ instructions and then test and refine it with the diners.
The challenge of designing around the user’s needs in the kitchen is one that must always be remembered.

Learning Design
Living the product design process
In my professional experience, I have noticed that design teams tend to prioritize learning technical skills over human skills. This can lead to failure in areas such as communication, empathy, frustration management, and ego management.
I created a program that combines the development of technical and interpersonal abilities. The program is tailored to a team composed of individuals from various fields, including design, anthropology, psychology, and communication.
Our program emphasizes practical learning, reflecting the teaching methodology used in the professional world.
Our goal is to always keep learning, work together, embrace mistakes, and come up with innovative approaches to successfully complete tangible projects.
The syllabus aims to create an innovative learning environment.
The team experiences a genuine work process for 14 weeks, working on a real project that demonstrates their impact on the business and the people involved.
The program is founded on three core principles that are essential for success: practicing to demonstrate learning, promoting team collaboration for growth, and prioritizing value addition.

Learning by doing
Living the product design process
I will be with the team for 7 hours daily during the entire digital product design process.
During the class sessions, we thoroughly practiced diverse workshops and successfully applied them in our collaboration with the stakeholders. Also, we learned presentation techniques to boost our confidence presenting project ideas.
The project was a genuine experience that brought about tension, discussions, laughter, tears, and a range of emotions. It was a growth opportunity for all those who were fortunate enough to be a part of it.
BBVA design team was amazed by our team’s growth and progress during their visit and interview at the end of the course.
The team’s final presentation was a momentous occasion, attended by a diverse group of individuals, including family members, corporate entities, and stakeholders. Despite the understandable nerves and emotions, the team delivered an exceptional performance, resulting in an impressive project outcome.
Our team is designing for BBVA, Stori, Ericsson, Multiplica, and Konfio.
Thank you to everyone involved in this amazing journey!
